The chopitos or puntilla are a typical culinary preparation of the interior, and of the coasts of southern Spain. On the Malaga coast the dish is known as "squid" reserving the name "chopitos".It is prepared like a fish fry previously floured and served hot in an open plate. Usually accompanied by a lemon.
