Cuttle fish (Sepia)

Also known as cuttlefish or cuttlefish, the cuttlefish has a flattened appearance, has 10 tentacles and is practically completely surrounded by fins. It is a very present food in some rice dishes and it is also cooked on the grill. On a nutritional level, cuttlefish have a low caloric intake since they hardly have fat. Average about 16 grams of protein per 100 of product. At the micronutrient level, they are recommended as they are sources of minerals such as phosphorus, potassium and magnesium.
